Andy Goss

President

Andy founded WD Pumpco with one objective-Solving blender discharge pumps lackluster performance. Introducing the Punisher to the industry revolutionized the way companies approached maintenance, NPT, and life expectancy. Since then WD has continued to solve complex problems utilizing domestic materials and leveraging the many years of experience WD has to offer.

Keith Butler

  VP Engineering & Technical Support 

 Keith Butler serves as VP Engineering & Technical Support at WD Pumpco, where he leads the development of engineered solutions designed for demanding frac environments. With a strong technical background and deep understanding of pressure pumping equipment, Keith focuses on designing systems that maximize performance, durability, and efficiency. His work ensures every solution is engineered with both precision and real-world application in mind.

Mitch Kuhn

VP of Manufacturing

Mitch Kuhn serves as Vice President of Manufacturing at WD Pumpco, where he leads production with a focus on quality, consistency, and execution.

With a hands-on background in equipment and service, Mitch ensures every product is built to meet the demands of real-world operations. His approach emphasizes durability, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process. At WD Pumpco, Mitch is responsible for delivering field-ready equipment that meets the performance standards required on location.

Travis Longdon

VP Of Solutions

Travis Longdon serves as Vice President of Solutions at WD Pumpco, where he works directly with customers to solve critical challenges in pressure pumping operations. With a background built in the field, Travis brings firsthand experience in equipment, maintenance, and fleet performance. His approach is grounded in real-world application—focused on solutions that improve reliability, reduce downtime, and deliver measurable results on location.

At WD Pumpco, Travis leads customer-facing strategy and implementation, ensuring solutions are practical, effective, and built to perform under pressure.

Jordan Wallace

Engineering and New Product Development

Jordan joined WD Pumpco in 2019 after 12 years in the oil and gas sector bringing frac management and field experience into the mix.

With a background in mechanical drafting and design, Jordan specializes in custom solutions whether its modifying existing equipment

for new components or a turnkey project from concept, design, and sourcing materials, to overseeing fabrication, assembly, training, and field introduction.

Machining Manager

Ryan Leas plays a critical role at WD Pumpco as a machinist, supporting the precision manufacturing required to deliver reliable, high-performance equipment. With a strong hands-on background, Ryan specializes in machining components built to withstand the demanding conditions of pressure pumping operations. His work focuses on accuracy, consistency, and quality—ensuring every part meets the standards required for real-world performance.

At WD Pumpco, Ryan is responsible for producing and refining key components that directly impact equipment reliability and longevity. He works closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are executed correctly and perform as intended in the field.
